ANSYS Icepak Training

If you are new to ANSYS Icepak and looking for the most efficient way to get started on your simulations this is the course for you! During three days you will be introduced to all basic modeling capabilities of ANSYS Icepak and solve several types of problems during the tutorial sessions. We encourage you to bring your own geometries, so we can help you to get started on your own application.

The course includes the following topics:

Day 1:
You will learn about ANSYS Icepak capabilities, problem setup, modeling consideration and meshing.

Day 2:
Lecture topics include solver details, importing geometry, and diagnostic procedures. Both days include several hands-on exercises.

Day 3:
Several advanced topics such as transient analyses, creation and use of the parts library, use of multiple fluids in the same model, duct macro, and elements of tetra meshing are treated in the lectures.
