Fluent Europe Training - Advanced TGrid

The length of the course is one day. Training is from 9.15am to 5.00pm. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Prerequisites

The course assumes you have completed TGrid 4 basic training and it is recommended that you have some previous experience of using TGrid.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this course you should be able to:

• Use the TGrid wrapper to create surface meshes for complex geometries
• Use TGrid to create hybrid volume meshes for complex geometries.
• Gain an understanding of various recent advances in TGrid

• TGrid Wrapper Advanced Topics (Pre-wrapping, TUI commands, Closing leaks, Feature extraction, Imprinting, Post-Wrapping)

Hands-On

• Wrapping a fixed cutter drill bit and producing external volume mesh
• Meshing an underhood cooling module using the TGrid wrapper.
• Viscous hybrid mesh generation
