Fluent Europe Training - Icepak Introduction
The length of the course is three days. Training is from 9.15 am to 5.00 pm on each day. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
Prior experience requirement
The course assumes you have no prior experience of working with any of our software.
Learning Objectives
Preprocessing
By the end of this course you should be able to:
- Create 3d geometries,
- Import 3d CAD,
- Mesh 3d geometries using an unstructured grid approach,
- Examine mesh quality.
Processing
For IcePak you should be able to:
- Select appropriate physical models,
- Define material properties,
- Prescribe boundary and operating conditions,
- Set solver controls,
- Set up solution convergence monitors,
- Provide an initial solution.
Postprocessing
- Display and examine results.
