Sales Representative

ANSYS Fluent Benelux, currently has a vacancy for a Sales Representative based at their premises in Wavre.

In this role, you will manage the generation of direct sales of ANSYS Software in the Benelux territory, working for the local Sales Manager and the Regional Sales Director.  This will involve defining and implementing a sales strategy and developing and maintaining a sales plan for major accounts.  You will work closely with the Sales Manager to identify requirements for the Benelux market.  In addition, you will work closely with the Sales team to ensure that marketing requirements are met.

You will be responsible for the continued development of software and consultancy sales and will have the drive, enthusiasm, skill and motivation to help maintain the strong growth in this territory.

The successful candidate ideally should meet the following requirements:

• Engineering degree or equivalent discipline.
• Three years of sales experience in the CAD/CAM/CAE industry.
• Expertise of commercial selling in a technical market.
• Advanced language skills: preferably native Dutch, fluent English and French.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and clients.
• Self motivated with a drive and desire to win.
• Team Player.
• An approachable character, somebody people would like to buy from.
• Excellent business acumen.
• Well presented, smart and business like.
