Airflow around buildings can be predicted
using Fluent's CFD software. The transport of pollutants from exhaust stacks
or vents, under postulated wind conditions, can be analyzed to help decide
where to place ventilation intakes on the building exterior.
Flow pathlines illustrate the vulnerability of a building
ventilation intake to pollutants from stack exhaust.
