Spray Cooling

Problem description:

Spray cooling may be used in high heat flux application cooling. A liquid, typically dielectric, is sprayed on the die surface and evaporates upon impact. The vapor is then collected, re-condensed, and then pumped back to the nozzles. Different spray technologies may be used, e.g. pressure nozzles and inkjet technology.
