Commercial/Industrial Users

Access to the User Services Center is limited to registered users in companies that have a current license contract with us and are entitled to receive support. Guidelines for support entitlement may vary with local license agreements. If you have questions, please check with your sales or technical support contact in your local Fluent office.

Academic/University Users

Access to the User Services Center is limited to the primary license administrator or license holder in the academic institution (or department in the institution) that has a current license contract with us and is entitled to receive support. Guidelines for support entitlement may vary with local license agreements. If you have questions, please check with your sales or technical support contact in your local Fluent office.

Fluent agrees to provide user access to user service center with valid license/maintenance contract. User agrees that he/she shall access and use solely for the purposes designated. User agrees to treat all computer data and files and other computer based information belonging to Fluent as confidential and shall not use or disclose it to third parties whether or not such information is labeled to indicate that it is confidential or proprietary information. User agrees that he/she shall be responsible for his/her account. User further agrees that he/she shall not permit others to use his/her accounts or disclose to third parties his/her password(s) providing access to Fluent. Fluent may terminate the use of your account at any time.
