Fluent Focuses On Its Quality Commitment to Customers

Lebanon, NH, September 25, 2000-Fluent announces that its quality management system has recently undergone an external audit by British Standards Institution, Inc. (BSI), and has been officially registered to ISO 9001 and TickIT International Standards.

According to H. Ferit Boysan, President and Chief Operating Officer of Fluent, "Fluent's Quality System is aimed at satisfying the needs and expectations of our customers.
