A hardcopy (fax or post) of the purchase order must be received before an invoice can be raised. If Purchase Order Numbers are not issued by your company then the description, payment details, VAT Number and that you agree to our Terms and Conditions must be clearly stated on your Company letterhead.
All registration fees are exclusive if VAT Upon receipt of your registration, an invoice for the full fee will be issued..
Any cancellations must be received in writing. Full payment less an administrative fee of £20 will be refunded if notification is given before 5 May 2008. After 5 May 2008 no refund will be made.
A £20.00 Admin charge is payable if you transfer a place from one person to another.
