During Fluent France's recent Users' Group Meeting in Paris, conference
attendees raised their glasses to toast a double anniversary: 20 successful
years for Fluent Inc. and 10 successful years for Fluent France. Opened
at the end of 1992 by Dr. Gérard De Neuville, Fluent France began
its activities with 6 licenses, 3 employees, 50m2 of office space, and
2 PCs. As the end of 2003 approaches, Fluent France manages 750 licenses,
52 employees, 1100m2 of office space, and 80 PCs. Including Italy and
Spain, its market share has passed from 3% to 70%, with an average annual
growth of 35%. Many of the original employees at Fluent France now serve
on the management staff, and Dr. De Neuville is a corporate vice-president.
At the UGM ceremony, Fluent France thanked all of its clients for their
participation in this success, and offered bottles of 10-year-old port
to the 20 companies who have been clients since the early days.
